About tariffs:

All payments made by you to us under this Agreement are not subject to VAT. Paid Services are provided to Participants on the terms of advance payment. Payment is made in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the selected Tariff (advance payment), in Euros. The date of performance of the obligations to pay for the Service is the date of receipt of funds to the Company's current account. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not obliged to grant the Participant the right to use the Services until the funds for the corresponding Service are received on the Company's current account.

Upon payment, you will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway page to make payment for the services under the selected Tariff. Payments are accepted using payment systems indicated on the Website in the manner established by the payment gateway operator. The Executor is not responsible for transactions made using the payment gateway. If you have any questions regarding the payment made, you can contact the support service on Telegram (https://t.me/chatum_help).

Depending on the payment date, the cost of Tariffs may vary due to discounts provided by the Company for certain Tariffs. Information about current discounts (individual tariff offers) is provided on the "Tariffs" page and is valid at the time of payment.

All payments made by you to us do not include the cost of the Internet or data traffic. Your Internet service provider or mobile operator may charge you for the volume of your data traffic. If you are not aware of the cost of data traffic according to the tariff used, please contact your Internet service provider or mobile operator.

The personal information provided during online payment (name, address, phone number, email, credit card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on the Company's web server. We recommend checking the browser security for online payments on a special page. The security of Internet payment processing is guaranteed by the payment service operator. All operations with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard, and other payment systems. Special security technologies for card online payments are used when transmitting information, and data processing is carried out on a secure, high-tech server of the processing company.

By paying for services under this Agreement, you agree to use only the bank card that you own and have a corresponding contract with the bank. If you knowingly use someone else's bank card, you are solely responsible for any damage that has been/can be caused to the owner of the specified card as a result of the actions mentioned above.

Regarding individual services, the Company has the right to establish a different payment procedure than the conditions of this Agreement.

In case of loss/replacement of a bank card, the Participant undertakes to immediately notify the Company in writing to deactivate the "Automatic account replenishment using a bank card" function, as well as to provide the details of the new bank card. Your written statement to the Company about the loss of a bank card is the basis for suspending payment operations in favor of the Participant's Account for the lost bank card.

You agree that if on the last day of the paid period of subscription usage on your linked bank card there are insufficient funds to pay for the next subscription period, the Company is entitled to debit the subscription fee amount in accordance with the corresponding Tariff from your bank card on any day of the month following the expiration date of the paid period of Tariff usage, upon the availability of funds on your bank card, or block your access to the corresponding Service. From the moment of such blocking, the subscription term is considered expired.

The Company's services for providing access to the content of the Site in accordance with the chosen Tariff, which includes subscription conditions, are considered provided to the Client who has paid for such access upon the expiration of the paid subscription (access) term to the content of the Site, in accordance with the chosen Tariff.

Acts of acceptance and delivery of services provided under this Agreement are not drawn up or signed by the parties. If you have any claims regarding the quality of services provided, you can send written claims to the Company's address on Telegram at https://t.me/chatum_help no later than one business day from the day of completion of the provision of services under the chosen Tariff. In the absence of well-founded objections to the quality and scope of such services within the specified period, the services provided are considered to have been properly rendered by the Company and accepted by the Participant.
